Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders. Threshold and availability may vary by destination. Any free shipping offers will be displayed at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 3–5 business days to update after dispatch.

International Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. VanGuard Outdoors does not control and cannot predict these charges.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:
- Check your tracking link for the latest status
- Contact your local post office or carrier
- Reach out to us at our Contact page if the package is confirmed lost
We will work with you to resolve the issue. Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 60 days of the order date.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. VanGuard Outdoors is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
