Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery estimates: UAE 3-5 business days, GCC 3-5 business days, EU 10-14 business days, UK 5-8 business days, USA 8-12 business days, Asia and Africa 5-10 business days, other selected countries 10-14 business days.

Tracking is provided where available. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

If a package is lost in transit, contact support@vanguardgear.online and we will open a carrier investigation. Replacements or refunds are issued according to the carrier outcome.
