Refund and returns policy

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Contact support@vanguardgear.online with your order number and photos where relevant.

Return shipping is the customer responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued after inspection and typically process within 5-10 business days.

Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
