Refund and returns policy

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Contact support@vanguardgear.online with your order number and photos where relevant.

Return shipping is the customer responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued after inspection and typically process within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch; after dispatch, the return process applies.
